  • Jain Gold extends its return policy to all jewellery purchased through our official e-commerce website (www.jaingold.in), catering to customers. 
  • To qualify for a return, the request must be initiated within 5 calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery.


Return Process: 

  •  Customers intending to return an item must first obtain a return authorization by contacting Jain Gold customer support at +918125300171.
  •  This ensures a smooth and trackable return process. 
  •  The customer is responsible for securely packaging the jewelry and ensuring its handover to the Sequel delivery partner. 


Product Exchange/Returns: 

At Jain Gold, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Should you find your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward exchange policy.


Eligibility for Exchange:

  • We provide 100% Exchange Value for any item returned in its original condition, with the security tag intact.
  • Tag Integrity: Please note that the security tag must remain attached to the product. Items with removed or tampered tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged Product Returns:

  • Examination and Verification: Jain Gold will conduct a thorough examination of the reported damage.
  • Return Authorization: If the damage is verified as a result of mishandling during transit or a manufacturing defect, Jain Gold will authorize the return.
  • Prepaid Return Shipping: Jain Gold will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Following approval, Jain Gold will arrange for a return shipping label.
  • Inspection and Verification: Upon receipt, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and verification of the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Process:

  • Full Refund (Damaged Items): If the return is due to a damaged item, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase.
  • Refund with Shipping Fee Deduction (Other Returns): For returns initiated for reasons other than damage, a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline:

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank's policies.

General Conditions: 

 To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original certificates, packaging, and any included promotional materials. 

 Customized or personalized jewellery items and items purchased during specific promotional periods may be excluded from the standard return policy. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase. 


  • Jain Gold reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the stated conditions or show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Any missing components, such as certificates or packaging, may result in a partial refund or the return being declined.
